If the result is not satisfactory, you can use the little tricks of interior decorators (Fig. 3).

1. To make the curtain overlap lush and voluminous, the void can be filled with tissue paper. The filler must be carefully crumpled so that there are no sharp corners on the surface of the resulting ball.
2. Also, packaging polyethylene with air bubbles is excellent as a filler.
3. To prevent the resulting overlap from drooping, which is especially important if the bishop sleeve curtains are made of soft fabric, it can be secured with a thread of curtain tape. It needs to be threaded through all the draperies and tied to the cornice.
4. Additional fixation will provide the desired volume of puffs. To do this, you need to install small hooks in the wall, to which the curtain will be attached using threads of braid.
5. LED strips hidden behind the overlapping fabric look stylish and original. During daylight hours they are invisible, but during dark times they will make the curtains shimmer with bright lights. This type of lighting is absolutely fireproof.
6. The lower part of the overlap can be decorated with braid with tassels or a beautiful brooch.
